Soho Pin Confirmation Leads to Security Code Confirmation

I recently changed the phone number on eBay account in an attempt to recieve the token pin for connecting to a lister.

eBay now gives the following message now when registering on the lister.

"Call us at 0800-.... and mention security code 60293020294839. This is not the same confirmation code to confirm your account. If you use an IP Relay service, you can use the same number."

Anyone had this experience?
