LLC company Ein?
 

Hi is it possible to obtain a new business ein from the IRS website. I read the book and it says that you could obtain as many ein for each LLC. I went to the websites that were provided in the book but they are pretty expensive to file the fees for the state that I'm from. I'm confused on how is it different from receiving an EIN form the irs website. Could anybody please help. Thank you

You can get 1 EIN for yourself and in my state I can get 1 EIN for each LLC that I own with no limit to the number of LLCs I can create at $120 each for initial filing.

Hi so each LLC cost $120 per company name for filing? How do I obtain the new ein number? Is it thru the IRS website? Can I make the LLC in any state from different where I live. I know it says in the book you could make it from any state.

What about bank accounts? I have several questions on how people have 100 ebay stealth account and paypal account. Do they have 100 bank accounts? I don't understand this part.

For the LLC how about if the paypal goes limited or suspended then how do I safely close that LLC so there is no problem with the irs. Could you please help me. I will greatly appreciate it. I'm in need of income and need to sell. Thank you so much!

Each PayPal has it's own unused Bank account associated with it, yes..

I hope you're not needing 100 PayPal accounts, that's a stretch.

And it's 1 EIN per LLC.
