Mm78, in all honesty mate I wouldn't . There is enough to go around. But I can see now that it's an easy way to eliminate competition if you need to . However this guy has ****ed up . I'm in the proces of taking his company to court . He will never know when but some time soon things are Gojng to happen to his shop . Got how stealths on eBay radar and trading standards in the case .

I wonder if he thinks it was worth it ?

big boys dont live in sh1t areas, they have gated compounds, kids at private school and lawyers on retainer and people to do their dirty work for them......

court is pretty expensive and pointless for this issue....if you are talking about small claims court, then forget it....

the guy according to OP got his similar pics or listing veroed.....sure it happens all the time, OP is better off moving on with his business rather than wasting time....but as for reporting a shop trading standards - why not, it is the least hassle way of getting a bit of revenge.....

Yo oompaloompa , im in the proses of taking legal action for loss of earnings . They have done this from a company that is also bricks and mortar . They haven't got a leg to stand on.
Trading standards are involved and the tax man is going to be interested in all these eBay accounts coming from the same street.

Also at some pint there going to get a few nasty surprises to the shop. Crack heads will do anything for a few quid
