Just got suspended again, opening a new account quick question
 

got my 2nd account suspended due to stupid reason, the post should still be below my new thread somewhere.

If I open up a brand new paypal account with just the VCC, will I be still able to spend the fund with sites that accept paypal checkout? or do I still need either a VBA or BA to be verified and then be able to spend the fund? Cuz I heard some people say VBA/BA is not required when you open paypal just the VCC until you have to withdraw it.

Opening a new BA is a stress for me since I'm doing this without my wife knowing I have extra funds lol

Brand new pp with just VCC will likely be subject to spending limits

Based on your experience how much is usually the limit, like how much can you withdraw just by adding VCC? will adding a VBA lift the limit?

Adding a vba/ba will not lift the limit, you'll have to give them a ssn on top of a cc and ba and talk to them on the phone to answer random questions, if you can't figure out how to get around this you're stuck with $1000 a month.
