Purchasing a new account
 

Guys I'm new in purchasing a new account.
Please help me understand how this process works. I know that most of these accounts come VCC and VBA verified paypal and ebay. How do I do in terms of IP and withdrawing to my bank?
Wouldn't any new activity in a new IP on ebay get me locked? Or is the walk around be to browse and login couple of tine I the new IP?

Most of the USA accounts here only have a VCC which is used to confirm the address, but I think one or two sellers offers VBA's also. It makes no difference for you whether or not there is a VBA on the account, because when you get ready to withdraw money you will attach your own bank account and withdraw as usual.

A one time IP change (as in a transfer from the seller's IP to yours) isn't going to hurt your account. If that were the case then all of the account sellers here would have to bundle some sort of static IP solution with their accounts. Normal Ebay sellers move to new homes or use mobile internet so if your IP is the only changing factor, you have nothing to worry about.

Actually on the VBA topic that's not accurate. All sellers here recommend you add a bank account or VBA before you get started selling so the paypal has a 'verified' status. Buying an account that already has a VBA attached saves you the need to 'burn' your own bank account when you get started listing and ensures that you only add it later on once youre certain the account is operating well. For most people opening multiple bank accounts is not desirable.

That may be a recommendation but it doesn't make my statement inaccurate. I've sold on many accounts and have never used a VBA. If I think an account is worth it I usually add an actual bank account around the $2500 mark.

I realize you're trying to sell your products, but the information I provided was perfectly valid.
