Buyer Asked to Cancel on eBay....
 

Buyer requested to cancel paid items but when I accepted cancellation on eBay, it is not being refunded automatically on Paypal side... Is this a glitch? Do I have to manually refund on Paypal even if it says I don't have to do anything else on eBay side?

Id just wait. The new system seems to have 'holds' for everything now. Just give it 24 hours.

I have been having issues with refunding a buyer through a cancellation request or a return case when the buyer uses a prepaid card of a gift card. Not only can i not refund them through ebay, but when i try to do it manually through paypal it doesnt work either. Could you be having the same issue?

I would just wait and see what happens if he had paid by card it can take many days before he receive his money back
