Who can read your emails in 'My Messages'?

Just curious - who at eBay has privileges to read through your 'My Messages' emails that you send to other people and people send to you, which are sent through eBay's email system? I read before on eBay that this is a violation of privacy and nobody at eBay can do this but I don't fully believe it. I have always wondered this. Thanks.

They ave them bot programs, looking for email address's and then censor them too stop "off" site selling..
