Restricted for 30 days now what
 

I listed an item that was rights protected, not my first violation it is just in my category there are dozens of people selling same item and they not have rights permission either. I just hit the sell one your self button and listed. First suspension 7 days second 30 days. It is hard to know what I can and cannot list.
So here is the issue. The 30 days was up 3 days ago so I tried to relist an item and says I am on 30 restriction. This is a legitimate account. I am currently selling similar items on my stealth accounts. So should I just keep waiting and trying everyday to see if restrictions listed. I still have 100listings up still selling but some of my best sellers are down.

Just because those people are doing it, doesn't mean that you will succeed - sometimes they just haven't been targeted by eb yet OR...they have found a way to get past the "bots" - that takes trial and error.

Without knowing details, there is no "coverall" approach for selling rights protected stuff so...either DON'T or experiment...until you succeed. Or get rights...

I suggest you wait another 3-7 days and see if it lifts. If it does not i dont think you can do much other than call ebay. I do suggest if an item gets removed dont list that item on that account again. Although i have had success with rewording my listings and using different pictures. I suggest you look at others listing that are selling the same item and are not getting removed and see there wording and NOT copy it but write it similarly. Also you are on thin ice with that account I would let it sit a little while and let it cool down and only sell safe items.
