OK, I got a 30 day restriction for selling an item I did not know was a vero item. Had 10 similar items posted but they only took down one. THEN at the end of 30 days I got restricted again for another item that had been up for 40 days? So really do not understand. This is a legit account, should I call or just sit out xmas season.

That's totally up to you. Personally I would keep selling since this is the busiest time of year. I would avoid branded products though because back-to-back trademark violations can get you permanently suspended.

Any branded item which you don't own the trademark for is at risk for being taken down by a VeRO agent. This distinction is made at least once per week on this forum. A VeRO takedown doesn't mean you're selling counterfeit goods. It means you're selling at item which you aren't authorized by the manufacturer to sell, so the manufacturer had your listing taken down.
