Technitium Mac Adress Changer

Does anyone know how strong is that software if it changes the mac. Will anyone of amazon paypal or ebay receive the original mac adress with their cookies or javascripts or anything else or is the software so strong that they will always receive the new changed one. Does anyone know that.

Amazon, eBay, PayPal etc. cannot see your Mac Address - unless you install software i.e. ebay turbolister.
