Making a 2nd account help
 

Hey stealthers I know this question may be dumb as im teying to basically see if I can go quick about this but I followed the steps and did an account that's running good so far but I'm a little stuck waiting for some cash so I can't get my 2nd vanilla card to start my PayPal, 2nd account etc... all I have is the bank account linked but my question is, is it okay to start a new ebay account without have a CC ready to add on file as I'm kind of trying to do a quick one to get going and just use the account to browse and bid first then when I decide to sell in a week or so I'll have the money by then for the card to add on file. Anyways I'm just curious to know if it even plays a big factor into making an account by not having the CC on file for paypal and ebay right off the bat.

You need to have the following:
1. Name, Address
2. VCC, Gift Card, etc
3. Phone (NOT a VOIP)
3. VBA (Optional)

You seem to be wanting to do this half-ass, if so stop. Before doing anything be sure to have ALL the required things otherwise your going to have a giant mess on your hands and then your going to want us to help you fix it, so to avoid all that.....be sure to have all the required tools.

Yeah I figured I couldn't patience is just not my key but I am working on it.

Also, don't add a Real Bank Account right away to the PayPal......wait till you make both ebay/pp and see what limits you get...AND, wait till you have sold on the ebay account without issues.

So when first making accounts is it better to do vba and vcc first before adding the real bank account and vanilla gift card
