LLC on tax return

Does anyone know:

When you create an LLC for a stealth account what happens in the tax return?

From what I read PP sends you a 1099 at the end of the year in the name of the stealth account owner (which would not be the same as actual LLC owner)

How do you do your taxes with Stealth acc LLC?

Name is not important. The Tax ID number is. File taxes are usual especially seeing as the 1099K is irrelevant to anything.
