new computer during holiday travel ebay phone verification
 

Hi everyone,
I am trying to log on to my ebay account while traveling abroad/in a diff country and got the "looks like you're logging in from a diff computer, choose text or phone verification to confirm". Problem is that I no longer have access to the phone, and I'm on holiday for another 10 days before I get home and have access to the home computer I normally access this ebay account from.

Two questions:
1) Is there any way I can skip the phone/text verification and log in with my laptop while on holiday? I searched the boards and someone said if I keep trying eventually Ebay will let me log on
2) Will the above / multiple attemps to log in cause any issues with the account?
3) If I wait it out until I get home,will the same verification message prompt now that I've tried logging on abroad? Again I don't have access to that phone anymore, so no sure if I'd be screwed when I get home on my regular computer too.

Gosh, I wish you had checked this out before going on vacation.

You may well run into major issues with no working phone on PayPal.

This is a stealth account. I don't use Paypal with the account, just my merchant account..

Hi guys update.. I got everything to work now. I just downloaded Mozilla and once I opened that Mozilla was able to take my cookies and load everything so that I didn't have to log in. So the trick is not to use Microsoft edge like I was using before, but try another browser. This only works if you have logged in using the same laptop before as I have.
