Has anyone used any other service other than 24vc? Trying to find one with a quicker response time to questions and better customer support. Cheaper prices would be nice as well lol. I googled some others and they seem really well but want to see if anyone has any other recommendations.

Here's the thing.....there's a reason most recommend 24vc, that being said......there may be others with a cheaper price but in some cases you get what you pay for. Your most likely going to want a Fresh, Static IP which most times isn't cheap.

Is a VPN your only option, or have you looked at other options?

24 VC is pain
- radom disconnects
- does NOT play nice with Stamps.com
- Tech support is "iffy" I had a couple of issues they said they could not help me.
I made the mistake of signing up for a year with them do your self a favour sign up for 2 months if it doesn't work out move on.
IP Burger has a Fresh IP service now.

I LITERALLY HATE 24 vc. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. i pai my invoivec throught credit car. but paypal was selected or whatever.. it got paid!! but thn it says overdue. they next second i paid then BAM!!! no acess to accounts!!! i emailed .. emailed and emailed to get someone to pay attention as it say!! PAID on all invoices. i get 1 email 5 hrs later saying reason why it happen but NO solution to my problem,,REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT IF ITS PAID!!! but no they go on another vacation and ignore my emails. ite Christmas season i have 24bs time to answer emails from amazon and they can even look. just look at my account and you will see some thing wrong....im trying ip burgers service and canceling this. funny thing is i email ip burger and within minutes i was answers my ticket.. and the HIGH priority mean nothing on support tickets with 24vc

POOR SERVICE DOES NOT EVEN DEFINE 24 BS!!!
everytime i need support is a HUGE lag in time and quality of support. all my accounts are paid in ffull im suspend service and its peak 4th quarter with dozens of emails and order about to be late!!!,,,


i know why people promote 24vc for the credit from the affiliate, BUT THEY ARE CRAP!!!

LOL!! You Should Have!! But honestly . its unacceptable especially giving alot of sellers making bank and potentially losing an account over this would be a total Disaster

Ill be honest I've never had random disconnects.

Sometimes I can not connect to it but if i try again after 10/15mins it usually connects.

Infact I ordered another fresh ip from them last night. it makes my life so much easier when running multiple accounts well worth paying $25

Hi Modernman, if your having issues with disconnects I would recommend trying out Softether if your not already using it, or using OpenVPN. As that usually solves "disconnect" issues for most customers. Also setting up a firewall so that your 100% protected if a disconnect ever occurs.

Also some sites in general block all VPN/VPS from accessing it for security reasons, so no matter what VPN you use, they block it or it can causes some errors on their site. The sites that take this extreme action are very rare, but some sites do indeed do this unfortunately

And very sorry for your bad experience with us bettahman the invoice was paid late but after you paid it, it should of reactivated automatically. Not sure why it didn't reactivate automatically, but that's what confused the staff because its not something that normally has to be done manually. Which caused the delay in reactivation, but I went ahead and reactivated all your services and added 5 days of service for free.

On my second IP with 24, no problems and no complaints. Very happy with everything thus far in fact. GO 24! LOL.

24vc is a service we recommend to a lot of people. Try to get it resolved with them, they are good at what they do and provide. Can't go wrong with them.
