New eBay/PayPal Stealth Account. No Payment Holds?
 

Hello all. Maybe you guys can enlightened me on my current situation. I've created a new eBay stealth account and PayPal stealth account around November last month with a random name and DOB. I verified my accounts with a new bank account, new address, new ip, new computer, etc.

My selling limits are as follow:
1,000 items / $25,000.00 per month (I know, pretty strange for a new account.)
I've sold about 12 items so far worth between $10-$30 each. They held my payments for 21 days for the first several transactions. But then after my 5th sale, I started receiving payments instantly on PayPal. No holds at all. Today I sold 2 more items and the payments went through instantly.

I guess I'm happy about it. I thought I would be bound by the 90-day rule from the creation of the account. Is this normal for any of you guys? :noidea:

Sometimes accounts get lucky, it does happen. Although, they can put the 21 day hold back on any transaction they wish.

If you wait a while without selling, they'll also put a hold on again until you sell consistently again.. happened to me

I got the same 1,000 items / $25,000.00 per month limit which was a great surprise. I have notice that my funds are getting to me in about 10 days or less which is great.
