Yes, it is possible to sell on Ebay without a bank account attached to Paypal.

However, the best way to withdraw money from UK Paypal is to withdraw to a UK bank account.

Even with a bank account attached to Paypal, if you start to list high risk, high value items on an account with little or no transaction history, you are going to run into problems.

I have same issue and scare that I will lose my account. Mine is 3years old The bank account I had attached is closed. Now when I try to add new it always go on verification by phone or email. After verification,it gives an error message. So the only option I can see is to call them. But I am worried that they might ask ids which I don't have.
Account have more than 100k limit on Ebay. Always invoice from other account and and withdraw as a goods and services.
Don't know what to do. Look like I am losing it. Any advice please.

PayPal looks for accounts to have trust.

Others have found that this does not work long term.
