Spend some time to figure how the people are being controlled in todays society.
Eventually fall asleep
I see some people mentioned real estate,
Ive been really trying to get into it for rental properties, but have to go outside of nyc to afford something i can buy.
Do you guys use the mls to check for properties, or try to find distressed properties and get in touch with the owners to sell.
Ive been reading bigger pockets alot but now i gave to put the knowledge to use in real world. |

| I have worked like this for decades, my products suppliers are trustworthy, they don't ship it to me anymore but bulk shipped to my logistic, they receive them, and pack each one as my order. So of course they see it.
There are really a lot of them, you can google it. Most of them are based in CA. |

| I make at least 100% profit on an item, usually it's 200%. You don't need the labels, if you find the right product. |

Great info guys, it just goes to show how completely different some people are in how the operate their business.
It also is fascinating to read the hard work most put into keeping they're business alive and the money coming in.

Man, we all sound similar in certain aspects. As for myself, the following is the general time line of a business day.
1. Wake around noon or a bit after
2. Check orders
3. Pull product and pre-package
4. Accounting and process orders
5. Mail run (depends on priority size and cut-off time)
6. Every day or so, countdown inventory to ensure levels.
7. Order/ financials to see where I am at for the month
8. Check competitors/ market research (for fun)
9. Foot sales for the next day from word-of-mouth
The things that bothers me the most, is when a friend or someone on the street doesn't think that you "work" because it is online. They fail to realize you probably work more hours than them, it is just mental work hours.
I am honestly a business nerd and an Accountant. I love being extremely efficient. I tend to set goals that are obtainable, and a baseline that is obtainable. Not because I want to be an oxymoron, but because I want to always fail to succeed. |
