I need a question answered please

when you buy ebay accounts, then get 24vcc ip address, won't it be suspicious ?
if the ip address the ebay account was made on won't match the 24vcc ip address?

As long as its a fresh IP, such as 24vc.com offers, then you will be fine

The key is to get ebay and paypal to be familiar with this IP address BEFORE you start taking any actions that would attract attention-such as listing items for sale.
I always recommend to my buyers to first create a history for the new account they buy on the dedicated device they set up for use with the account using the IP address they set up for use with the account for a week and only then start listing items.
