From Different Country but applying for a USA Ebay Account

Is there anyway to open a US Ebay Account but the linked Paypal account is from Phillipines, Malaysia or Singapore?

I did ask ebay on twitter and they actually encouraged me to post on the websites i wanted it to appear. So if ebay has 20 websites, i will post to 20 websites. Awesome haha... Idk if that would spark problems with my website thou....

I would be hesitant to follow advice from Twitter - don't always believe the "media hype"...

If your eBay/Paypal have significantly mismatching information, you need to prepare for the scenario where one or both of the accounts are limited until you're able to explain and prove the identities and reasons to ebay/paypal.

We know for a fact there are certain needs that PayPal & eBay want with account creation.

Well for example in Denmark Ebay, u can actually put the Paypal address which is Malaysian or phillipines but you are still able to post in .de
