Need help verifying CC with Paypal

It let me verify my bank account but won't let me verify the debit card linked to the bank account. Also what can I do about the SS number in order to lift withdrawal limit of $1000 per month

Once you Confirm and Verify you don't need the SSN.

It's a debit card linked to the account
