Best credit card/debit card to use to verify PayPal account

I want to use a different card that is not linked to my bank account that is already verified on my PayPal account what would be the best ones to use?

you guys in US live in heaven .. have lots of options , lots of ways to play with PP and EB ...
we who live outside US we live in xxxxx ..

Go on the marketplace and get a vcc its totally worth it more for verifying and you don't have to burn a real card :)
