eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - walmart has visa now...

I will try tomorrow there was a rack of them just VISAs I believe loadable dont see why not....dont need your info. just load it and go its one of the pre paid visa cards. :D gotcha ebay.

They probably don't require any information upfront when you purchase it but when you get home they'll probably want you to input a slew of personal information to activate it like ssn. Let us know all the details of this card once you've bought it, thnx.

the one that you got in the store is only used one time or until the funds in it is over and they will send you the personalized one (name in the front)

I'm assuming then it is very similar to the Simon card?

I'm also assuming that you don't need the name on it (the personalized one) becuase EB and PP don't verify names and addresses, only card numbers?

i called the customer services yesterday, they told me the temporary one doesn't accept the ACH option.
