No Vero Records after 1 year
 

Hi ,this is to let you know there is something to the 1 year thing with Ebay and Vero ..I forgot to post this but in august of 2007 i got suspended for 7 days partly my fault has a vero member removed a listing for a item , i knew was not ⊗⊗⊗⊗ so i kept relisting it , i was ignorant to the vero rules of relisting and had never had any problems in 8 years and around 5,000 fb at that time ...I contacted the person(a guy that runs their website) and he told me the artist never had a contract with that licensing company .I told them the item was from a store in the mall - he told me i was lying - so nothing i could do at the time waited my 7 days and got reinstated ......fast forward (15 months later) to jan 2009 , I was doing a little search and saw someone else with the same item but with very detailed information that it was a limited run in the south for the Store only a few made etc. ...I contacted the vero member who admitted he had been mistaken and was unaware of the the licensing agreement .. I asked him to contact ebay to remove this from my account - he later said he contacted them but was told after a year it was erased and nothing they could do .....so i contacted ebay to verify if he called - i was told that he called and they verified that they no longer had any record of it and it had no effect on my account ....This is just my experince not saying it is 100% but there must be something to it .

This is true. My FIRST account I sold on. I abused the hell out of it with vero violations. Never suspended. It really should have been. I was in the "Failing" category until I decided it really did need to cool off. Fast forward 6 months. I logged back in to modify some information. I checked the status of the account. My Policy compliance was in GOOD standing! I couldnt believe it. I easily had 6+ Vero violations.
