Category limits

Hi,
it's been almost 5 month i have my stealth account. I have 100% feedback and power seller/top rated. My fist sale was on Aug 29, which is much longer then 90 days. Yet, i still have category limits, which should automatically been removed by now. (My category is SHOES). Any advise on how to remove them?

well, it's been 6 month and i still have category limits, it won't let me list more then 10 items in one category.. any ideas why? Thanks
