firefox portable linking question ..

ok so if i leave firefox portable under one user name bob active but not on eb was on google .. then i log on under a differnt user mary and logged into eb is this a link ?? i read something but trying to remember again ..

anyone ?? not sure on how the whole portable linking works i just wanted to better understand linking thru portable browsers being left open
