What is considered high risk?
 
I have some cell phones I really need to get rid of and I have a brand new account. Can I sell these or are they considered high risk. They are fairly cheap but i have them in lots of ten probably about $100 per lot. Have about 6 lots. Is there a list of ebay high risk items or does ebay just make it as they go.

Those are definitely high risk.. sell slow, est if you can spread them on multiple accounts..

i noticed paypal limited me a lot quicker when it came to electronics..

Thanks for your help! That sucks! I would rather put them on one account and have a legit store but they leave us no choice.
