when will ebay/paypal ask me to add credit card information
 

So, i created a Paypal account .(Not verified ), i did not enter my bank account information or credit card information ,
and then i created my ebay account ,it did not ask me to enter the credit card information as well,
i am waiting for at least 1 month to list my fist item to sell ,
my question is when should i enter my credit card information on paypal??
right now ,the the sending limit for my paypal account is o, and the withdraw limit is 500USD,
i would like to know when i should enter the credit card information on paypal/ebay
or when they will ask me to enter the credit card information ,,
any help will be greatly appreciated ,regards

No Paypal account should ever be linked to a active eBay account if it is NOT validated.
Validate your Paypal account THEN link it to your eBay account.

thanks for your reply ,,i usually validate my paypal( by adding bank account info) after successfully listed the first item ,so far ,there has been no problem for me to list the first item before validating my paypal account ,,because by doing so ,i won't waist one bank account if i was suspended when i am listing the first item ..
