Automatic fees payment and vcc
 

Have some questions regarding opening new ebay seller account (US) nowsday. For those using vcc how do circumvent clicking on the automatic payment button on personal information on my ebay? Ebays seems to force want user to click on that button. There isn't other link to inputting credit card info to verify seller account.

Do ebay deduct the fees once the listing is up on automatic payment or the fees are deduct monthly? If the fees are deduct once listing is up and ebay know that you are using a vcc without credit would that get the account to be suspended?

If a account is suspended using computer A due to the above, would registering a account using same computer A gets link to the suspended account even with changing to a new ip address?

ebay deducts monthly.. in the beginning all they do once you add a card to your profile is authorize your card for 1 US dollar

and if you follow the steps of clearing out your pc you should be fine...

as for the vcc.. the automatic payment method should not be a problem..

when your invoice arrives, you have 10 days before they actually charge the card, you can click on "make a one time payment" .. from there you can add a new vcc if u need to

Previously register an account with vcc but didn't unclick the "use this card for automatic payment" So proceed to list 1 item. The account when listing the 1 item has 0.00 dollar in the invoice. Nothing wrong. Buyer didn't pay when auction closed. Then when the same item is relist again, ebay send a MC049 notice register suspension and the listing is taken out. What is causing this. Everything is new and no vero stuffs and then ebay send this notice and suspend an account with just 1 listing. In the message there is a saying that ebay has conclude that some fees are owing and only when paid then would reinstate the account. Meanwhile disallow registering new account.

But the thing is there is 0.00 in the invoice. Thought this might be due to ebay trying to deduct the 9% sold fees on the vcc when listing the next item and got rejected thus suspend the account. So this automatic payment is the cause?
