ebay app to control product QTY

Hi

Is there any app that will allow you to control product quantity, i shall explain below:

Is there an app where it can always have your product qty set at 2, whenever it is sold to 0, it will automatically set it back to 2

I have seen other ebayers done this, and would like to know
