Can you request Final value fees back for a chargeback?

Got a few chargebacks on paypal for unauthorized charges. Since I managed redirect the shipments I got my items back and because of this paypal did not cover the cases......I am still out the eBay fees for these items. Am I able to get those back?

No mention of chargebacks, which involves the card issuer and is not taking place within any return, refund, or cancellation request opened in My eBay or Seller Hub.

The only way to get the fees back for such auctions is to actually call customer service. I had several situations like these over the years and that as the only way to get the fees back.
