ebay duplicate listing

I'm getting this on one of my ebay stealth account listing, am i getting suspended with it?

It just means the second listing is invisible to buyers until the first listing receive a bid.

Your auctuons must be identical. If you want them to be visible at the same time try changing the listing up.

Change a couple of words in the title, that'll take care of it.

No point in paying for a listing that nobody can see.

In the old days they'd give you a policy violation and lower you in search for this, and after three times or so they'd give you a short term suspension.

If you change the titles between listings you can easily get around that if you want maximum exposure
