Latvian PayPal and Italian eBay

Hi. There will be any problems if I try to attach latvian PayPal to italian eBay? Same name and birthday, just different address and phone numbers.

You won't get issues due to the different countries being attached.

Name mismatch is a bigger issue - looks weird to both eb and pp
