Cheeky buggers! | I have to laugh at this, I've seen English people do it (used to work for one) and they don't know how they hurt the market/industry or even themselves when they do it. They just see that they are getting the sales and other people are not. It's only when their bills come at the end of the month they realise they have made so little profit they can't sustain the business model. I have to wonder how the Chinese seem to keep going.
I worked for a guy that insisted on selling an item at 3.20 from his shop that I would sell at 12.99 on eb.ay. He had 5 staff, a warehouse and office to pay for and very expensive tastes. The one Christmas I worked there I was getting more sales than him. He only kept it open for so long because his wife had a successful business and kept using it to fund his. |
