Dropshipping question
 

Hello, I purchase from ebay and send straight to my customer, is there a way to enter the same tracking code to my customer as i having issue when adding because the same two tracking codes cannot be added to the system.
I order via ebay, input my customers details and send.

They usually only prevent you from adding the same tracking number for two or more of your own orders. You shouldn't be having an issue adding a tracking number to one of your orders which was provided by another seller. I do eBay-to-eBay dropshipping with a few sellers. They order from my store when they get an order. I upload their tracking number to eBay then they turn around and upload the same tracking number for their customer within their account. Unless there's some sort of new filter, this has never been an issue for dropshippers in the past.

You're doing your selling and buying on two different accounts, right? If not, I recommend doing so. That would probably solve all of your problems.

Maybe try uploading it to PayPal directly and see if that will accept it.

Usually adding it to paypal will update it in eBay or vice versa.

I used to DS, and the Amz tracking no was never accepted by EB/PP. This was the UK though.

Just message them with tracking.
