you always can remove feedbacks!
 

This morning a buyer requested a return to me, says she changed mind, item doesn't fit for her. I don't accept return and it's clearly stated on item listing, so of course I rejected her, after that she left me a very bad feedback says item is counterfeit.

I called ebay, the first representative said sorry she can not remove it, then I called again, second one said the same thing, so I kept calling, until 4th one, he said give him couple of minutes... feedback removed.

So don't listen to any of these ebay person tells you, they know nothing. You should just keep on trying, don't give up and eventually there would be some angel give what you want.

@likefrasers, good approach - a lot depends on which agent or rep you get on the phone....in all kinds of situations.

dang right, keep trying, it often works....

other thing is that it is not just kindness of rep, you can get incompetent or less senior operative, one with more experience, may actually know how to remove, wheras someone just wanting to do quick replies will not.....

I agree, it does help that ebay can see the messages that get sent back and forth. I've had people flat out tell me they would give me negative feedback if I didn't give them the item and let them keep the item.....some people are just aholes.

That's great news and gives us hopes to keep trying even after multiple "NO"'s from CSRs. They're real good at saying NO!
