Removal - Vero vs Competitors?

Tons of sellers sell the same items. Yours gets removed, while others stay. I sell refurbished electronics. Sometimes i customize them, to get it a unique look

I'm curious to know when your products get removed, is it vero or is it your competitors? Something tells me it's more so your competitors vs some vero team ebay created

Your thoughts?
