If you turn it into a business account you will see the DO part way through the process

That is based on PayPal UK FYI. It may be different in different countries

It didn't work for me here in the US I had to abandon a PP because of it.

If you click view limits when logged into PayPal. Then follow instructions to lifting the limits (presuming you haven't lifted the limits). You will then see all your account details shown including the D.O.B.

This is the case for UK based PayPal, I presume it would be the same worldwide as this was introduced fairly recently.

It will probably only work on accounts where the receiving limit is lifted by submitting documentation.
