Purchasing a stealth business account

When purchasing a stealth business account that's been aged (over 200 days, both with selling history and selling+buying feedback) with an ebay selling limit of £5000 and all limits removed - How much would you say is wise to begin selling on an account like this over the first month I purchase the account?
