eBay Stealth account; buying.
 

I know that the main purpose for stealth accounts are selling but I am wondering if buying can also be done on them. Knowing that my address is blocked by eBay, am I still able to ship to my home (stealth account or not)? I figure that as long as my registered address is not my home/blocked address it would be okay - but I could be wrong. My thinking was that I could say it's a gift for a friend and that's my friends address. This would also help with legit feedback. But in no way do I want to risk my account if it can be helped. Any info/advice would be appreciated.

You could always open a P.O. Box and have a buying account. Telling a seller to ship to an address that is not verified on the PayPal isn't going to always work, people ask me all the time and I say No because If I ship to some random address, I'm not covered as a seller.
