couple Questions on changing things
 

Hey guys - the first of the month was my 1 year with stealth account, I am 100% positive feedback on ebay and power seller.

when can I safely change my ebay seller name? and phone number?
Would it be safe to change both at once or one at a time?

I bought my acct on here, and i would never remember the user name if my life depended on it. ( I would like to change it to something girly if i ever needed to call in )

any help would be great :)

When you say 'ebay seller name' - are you asking about the ebay ID? or the name on the account itself? The first is simple. The second not so simple and can raise a red flag since thee limits on the account are tied to that person and that name.
The phone number can be changed - shouldn't be an issue. I wouldnt change it on the paypal though since they tend to request you use the original phone number you signed up with.

I'm sure if you called in with the new number and requested to get said number on the account you would be allowed to do so. Only if you aren't scared to call in

And make sure to have all your account info handy on your computer
