Is PIA VPN (PrivateInternetAccess) not too bad for eBay stealth usage?
 
Yeah, I know there are better options, but I already have an account with them and would like to provide my parents with a stealth account. They don't sell very often, so it's hard to justify paying $20/month for a dedicated IP address.

24vc.com is $11/month. You can also try a prepaid mobile phone plan with some data but those are usually about $100 for the year as well and I think the phone has to be some kind of smartphone to have tethering, but a lot of prepaids block tethering.

If would be very risky to share an IP pool so I say dedicated IP is a must. For example, another guy in the same IP pool may just got their account banned by eBay for scamming hundreds of ppl. and now you are using the same IP to open a new account?

I agree. A great rule is never use a recycled VPN for any stealth accounts. I assume if you were selling on Amazon and eBay, you could the same VPN since they don't share info.

Don't use PIA. Everyone uses that. The safest way is dial up (aol,netspend) or a mobile hotspot. You can get a prepaid one for fairly cheap and only use it for creating accounts. Just make sure to keep track of IPs with a spreadsheet.

The IPS are not fresh, dont use PIA .

PIA is not good anymore for stealth. I have it as well and had to get another VPN service for peace of mind. PayPal already blacklisted several of the IPs on there. Find a less popular alternative.
