Bit worried about my account

My paypal has 0 - 3 working days withdrawal,

I needed to make a purchase on a local pick up, so I withdrew £20 for it. It went through instantly into my bank.

The person that I was buying off offered me a better deal for an extra £20.

So I went back onto paypal about an hour and a half afterwards, and withdrew another £20, but that is now pending.

Is this a bad sign?

Not really, but it does mean they're taking a closer look at the account now.
