HELP! eBay account message, can't do anything
 

Okay so I sign in & get this message. Won't let me do anything until I ring them.

''Call us at 0800-358-6552 and mention security code 6xxxxxxxxx9. This isn't the same confirmation code to confirm your account.

If you use an IP Relay service, you can use the same number.''


I ring them. Give them my details (btw this is a stealth acc that I bought) they ask me If I have access to the old phone number & email address and they ask me to tell them the old number & old email (I do) but when they ask me If I still have access to the old number or email address, I say no. The Lady on the phone then say's 'without access to the the old # & email we can't unblock your account' and she tells me, this is the only way. I'm really p'd off as I spent £350 on this account, had it about a week, hadn't listed any items at all. What should I do next? Anyone else had any experience with this?

If you really did only buy this account here only a week ago then the seller should be able to help you with this.

No idea why you would have no access to the email? That is something we all send with the accounts we sell.

Sounds like the email address and phone number have been changed on the ebay account.

You should contact the person you purchased it from for help and advice.

You need to contact who ever sold you this account. They will be in the best position to be able to help you
