Hello friends, I made a new ebay account and this was my procedure:

First amazon AWS VPS with OPENVPN and fixed fresh IP since the day I opened the account, I operate from a virtual machine with windows 7, new user account, phone of google voice running and confirmed on ebay and paypal, vcc credit card bought here in the forum and confirmed in paypal, browse for 10/15 days on ebay doing search history, add to cart, watch list, follow sellers, participate in an auction that i was not a winner. Everything seems to be OK, today i decided to list a new item (embroidery pattern on CD) used, $4.99 USD, in auction, modest and short title, new image cleaned with software that deletes data on it.

And in spite of everything to create the list appear that i have permission of 0/0 and $0.00 and I pressed the button "Request higher selling limits" I have not done anything else waiting for your advice, what can i do?

These are the options that gives me:

Confirm your account info
Link to another seller account
Upgrade to a business account
Talk to us on the phone

Google voice was your problem.

You can phone eBay and see if you can get a limit increase. Not much to loose at this stage

Haha but I do not speak English and I'm outside the United States, maybe someone from the forum can help me with that?

Excuse me in another discussion. Ask some questions about the stealth guide. An executive VIP told me: First, you need to change your flag to USA.

They were incorrect. The flag really wants to match your actual location

I am from Venezuela but I moved 3 months ago to Chile. Now change the flag.

So in your case I think it would be best to start again

You need a decent VCC, descent US IP and a better phone service

I want to know if by acquiring the stealth guide I can manage to create my VCC, VBA, Phone number from Chile without buying these services from third parties. How much can I do since here? I do not want to buy the guide and then only work for U.S. residents.

The stealth guide will tell you how to get an account up and running. It goes into a lot of detail and works for people outside the US as well

You would still need to buy a VCC though, they are not free. The same applies for a VPN ect
