Ebay Account Help

I have brought 10 vcc for paypal...and i will create 10 ebay account with this ....i want to sell $200-$250 product each account/month is that ok ? and i already checked 24vc they charged $10 for one ip ....so it will cost huge for 10 ip like $100!!! any other option .Thanks In Advance
