Hello, any tips to make a stealth buyers account and can i use my home address for deliveries?

eb tends to be ok with using old info for buyer accounts...just don't rely on it to sell.

IF you want to go stealth for buying, the stealth guide works for that too

I have a limited paypal account, my ebay account was in good standing. I"ve been trying to buy some things on ebay, using my alias name, a vpn on my web browser, a vanilla card [non-reloadable], but my real address and it won't go through. I thought it might be the particular vanilla card and bought a second one, same thing. Then I thought they might want a card that had a verified address to the card, and used my real credit card. Still wouldn't go through. Message something like check the details of the transaction, including shipping address. Nothing in the message about my being limited or anything. I am searching these forums and can't get a true answer from anybody about what is going on, and what to do short of getting a po box for the rest of my life.

If the paypal account youre trying to use is a new one you might be running in this issue due to trust issues - the newer the paypal account tthe lower the trust paypal has in it and more likely you will run into this type of error.

Call paypal to remove the internal security when you want to make a purchase.
