It used to be buyers get their first unpaid item strike removed per account and that's it. eBay LiveHelp said for people to complain about that and such as that already was unfair and so sellers have been complaining about it for years.

Well, crazeenydriver found every single one of his buyers always got their unpaid strikes removed. He first thought they were doing it because he didn't offer PayPal or the buyer was doing something really crooked. He called powerseller support and found out that now eBay gives all buyers one free unpaid item strike removal per month .
