Hello help needed.
 

I am a new seller on eBay. I don't have too much experience. I started selling one item and it went well. 5 items were sold in a week. Every clients were satisfied but one opened a case and stated that wanted to return. I had no return policy. He lied and said the item he got wasn't in the same condition as it was described.
The customer bought a car part from me. I had written it was coming without case, I am just selling interior parts. It was found out that the buyer didn't read the description and he told me he needed with case. I even offer sending a case without any additional fee. But he rejected. Later he opened a case and said the item was in another condition and is not match the description and it's a big lie. I called to eBay they saw our messages and even they understood the customer was lying. But I was told by eBay yesterday to provide a return shipping label and send to the customer. I have to pay now for return shipping and the shipping i paid before was lost.

I am asking if there's some solution. Thank you so much.
