ebay account suspend, cant view orders, HELP!
Hi Everyone,
I have an ebay account that was suspended, I still have orders that need to be shipped out but there is no way to contact the buyers unless through my merchant account,
I have to find there username but i cannot even see any of my orders, what should i do? |

Refund their orders and cancel the sales or go through your email address history and get their emails from there |

I can't do that, I didn't use PayPal all my sales where deposited into my Merchant Account,
only details i can view are the buyer's Address and Ebay Username |

I know with paypal i find the email saying it was sold and find the transaction in paypal and print the shipping label in paypal. If the account is toasted you should refund everyone or take the money and run if nothing is connected to you. |

| Hey i did say refund everyone first OR run with it depending on what type of person they are. I just wanted to give the options that I saw. The buyer would not loose anything anyway ebay would cover it. |

In my experience Ebay automatically cancel and refund any orders that have not be processed and signed off as shipped. so don't worry |

ebay also do email orders to you email address you have registered on the account. |
