i spoked with ebay emploey and he told me that I can put paypal and whatever country i want in the policy, he work there for 6years and he is guy that know what he says, but still, I want to ask you guys, what do you think?
He sad that I can use USA eb and put an whatever country i want of pp in the policy

If you want to you can do nothing will stop you

If you try to use a Nigerian (if they have PayPal?) PayPal with a US eBay though chances are you will run into issues

I can jump of the Empire State building. You can too.
The tricky part is not the jump itself - that's not what kills you. Its hitting the pavement at terminal velocity that does.
